Simplify Receipt or Invoice Tracking with Relay and GPT-4o
Email Your Receipt: Snap a picture or scan your receipt and email it with a subject line that will trigger Gmail to automatically label the email as “ExtractDocs” (or any label that triggers the Relay workflow). Make sure to set up this labeling rule in your Gmail beforehand.
Leverage GPT-4o: Relay’s Prompt GPT-4o module scans the document and extracts important info like 'Service Provider' and 'Amount.' You can customised the prompt to extracts other info.
Organize in Notion: The extracted data is then transferred to a Notion table. If you prefer, you can use Google Sheets or Airtable instead.
